Their Strawberry whipped cream cakes are best in the world. Always fresh ingredients used in everything they make.

I have bought two cakes from their shop. One for my Daughter's Birthday and one for a Bridal Shower. Our family loves their butter cream frosting. It has a hint of marshmallow favoring. Sweet, but not overbearing. So yummy! Stop by and ask for a taste.

The canoli were just made and delicious. Order ahead for specialty items. Everything there is good and they use fresh ingredients.

Came in to have a business meeting with one of my clients. Did a conference call and also finish some paperwork for some of my clients and we were hungry. So we came to Mike's Pastry Shop for coffee and pastries and to do a little work. The customer service is impeccable better than Starbucks. The prices are the right prices for a mom and pop shop. First place my gf and I tried when we moved to Antioch a couple months ago and we were floored by how good EVERYTHING is. We go every sat religiously to get a bounty of danishes and muffins and a few random treats to kick off our weekend. The staff is so kind and friendly! We are lucky to have had such a great first experience here is Antioch!! This is the type of place that if it looks good then try it ...you cant go wrong!!

First time there, got a 1/2 sheet birthday cake. Not only was it beautiful, but it was delicious as well. I would recommend Mike's to anyone looking for a special occasion cake & their cookies are good too!

Such a wide range of fresh delicious baked goods to choose from. I had two carrot muffins and a satisfying cup of quality coffee! Good stuff! I have been enjoying Mike's Pastry Shop for over two decades, and it has always the same outstanding quality. I look forward to chicken pot pie this summer; I highly recommend!

I ordered a marble cake with strawberries and whip cream and took it to work. The cake tasted light, fresh and delicious!! My co-workers were asking me where I bought the cake and found ourselves having a 1st, and then a 2nd and then a third serving! So needless to say cake was gone in no time! Customer service was great too, especially Lisa who was so pleasant in helping me with an image I wanted to place on the cake and the cost is reasonable... Thank you Mike! So glad you are close by coz there are no cake like yours in the vicinity and I’ve ordered cakes from others for years.

Friendly and accommodating..reasonable prices.. great taste, moist cake.. and whipcream frosting! Real fruit, not preserves.. Mike can make you any cake or cupcake you ask for! I'm always more than happy with our order. Guests are always saying, "dang that cake's good!" Haha

Best bakery in this area for many years. It has always been a family favorite. We have been customers since Mike owned the shop as Berry's. Was so thrilled when he came back to us. We were back to the same great Pastries we knew and loved.

I love the bear claws... but they go early. So, if want one be first in the field! The service is always friendly, either way!
